The Health Care Cost Containment Council (Council), an independent State agency that collects, analyzes and disseminates health care cost and quality-related information, seeks to obtain legal services on a retainer basis. Interested parties may access the Request for Proposal at www.phc4.org, or by contacting Reneé Greenawalt at (717) 232-6787 or rgreenawalt@phc4.org. Proposals are due to the Council office no later than 5 p.m. on April 20, 2011. The Council will make the award at the public Council meeting on May 5, 2011, at 10 a.m. at the Council office.
